Pros: inexpensive and easy to use
Cons: failed to restore my data as promised
Comment: I was a longtime user of Quicken online backup but never needed to restore my data. When I recently purchased a new computer, I was shocked to find that I was completely unable to connect to Quicken online backup to restore my data. I had two 1.5 hour session with their tech support, in which they both ran through the same time-consuming unsuccessful attempts to help me restore my data and ended with them passing me off to sit on hold with their data storage company, where I waited for over 30 minutes and then gave up. If I had not been able to locate my old hard drive and restore my data that way it would have been completely lost. Needless to say I do not recommend this product.
